The guest can access the app by signing up with their personal details. Or if they have already signed in, they can log in to the platform using their mail-id and password.

RTL language support

We made the right-to-left language support available to RentALL. In both web and mobile app, the RTL support feature helps the platform to reach a wider audience.

Wishlist option

The wishlist feature is an easy way to save listings for the future purpose. When the guest wishlist a particular listing, it will save with a list of rentals in one place.

Advance search filter

The guest can discover listings by filtering via more filters such as price range, rooms & beds, facilities, house rules, and more using the advanced search filter.

Trips Details

This feature displays the details of upcoming trips and previous trips. Thus, the guest can navigate and oversee the details, like the host's personal information and listing details.

Messaging

In the inbox section, the guest can message the host after the booking or by contacting a host option. It makes both sides clarify their doubts related to the booking.

Report host

The guest can report the host by viewing any of the rentals and by clicking the host profile - out of the three conditions where the guest must choose one to fulfill the process.

Multi Currency & Language

Since the guest may arrive from all across the globe; therefore, multiple currencies and languages help them switch between their preferred language and currency.

Popular location

This section encompasses a list of countries categorized by popularity. If the guest accesses a particular country, they will be displayed a group of available rentals.

Most Viewed listings

RentALL displays the most viewed property for guests. It gives the guest an option by suggesting what most people views. So, it's an easy way to discover top rentals.

Multiple payment option

The guest can pay using the two ways. They can use PayPal by choosing their preferred currency or Stripe by entering a debit/credit card to proceed with further process.

Display theme

RentALL comes with different theme modes as dark mode and light mode, and the guests can switch between any of them, and as an effect, this will impact the entire platform.

iCal integration

In the iCal integration, the hosts can sync and import their calendars with external calendars. It allows the host to access the booking details from any device.

Seasonal pricing calendar

During festive times or busy days, the host can charge a special price for the guest. Furthermore, the host can be more specific by adding the exact amount per night.

Access inquiry report

'Instant book' allows the host to receive bookings without approval, whereas 'Request to book' requires the host to approve the booking before it can proceed.

Multiple payout method

In the multiple payout accounts, the host can add various payout accounts, but to receive earnings directly to their bank account, they must choose one as a default.

Ratings and reviews

Yes! The host can rate and review the guest; based on the overall experience, the host can describe the journey as a review, and the star denotes the overall score.

Messaging

After receiving the booking request, the host can message the guest in the inbox section. Eventually, it helps both to clarify their queries and doubts regarding the stay.

Listings management

The listing management features make the listing process look straightforward. The host can create new listings, edit the existing ones, and unpublish if required.

House rules management

While in the step 3 process of creating or editing a listing, the host can select their set of house rules from the checklist of displayed checkboxes.

Cancellation policy

The host can set their cancellation policy in a three-way, including flexible, moderate, and strict. However, each differs in the way how it impacts the guest.

Calendar availability

Using calendar availability, the host can set availability for their rentals - for a particular day or a group of days. They can either make available or block selected days.

Reservations history

The host gets the complete detail of the booking done by the guest. They can view the upcoming and previous reservations along with the current status.

Pricing

During the step 3 process of creating a listing, the host can set the currency, base price, and cleaning fee for the listing right in this pricing section.

Dashboard

The admin can monitor their business operations effectively - they get complete access to the users, listings, & reservation counts for days, hours, and in total.

Site settings

The admin can configure the homepage logo, email logo, and homepage layouts in 'Site Settings’ as well as the meta title, meta description, and other options.

Manage admins

Through this section, the admin can add new sub-admin to the platform; moreover, they can add, edit the role and even delete the sub-admin from the platform.

Manage user

Witness all the information in one place. In the 'Manage user' section, the admin can access the user information, with the option of deleting them from the platform.

Manage listing

View each listing with complete details, such as listing title, hostname, host email, address, and more. In addition, the admin can view, edit, and delete the listing.

Manage service fee

The admin can charge either a fixed price or a percentage method for the host and guest. Though, they can change the currency and price if needed.

Auto payout

RentALL has an 'Auto Payout' feature option that automates the entire payout option. It helps the host to receive their payout 24 hours after the guest checks out.

Manage site configuration

Here the admin can manage the push notification functionality, and payment method functionality, including Stripe and PayPal, Twilio functionality, and more.

Manage reservation

This section displays details, such as reservation id, listing title, status, subtotal, and payout status. And the search field helps to find a reservation swiftly.

Manage reviews

Under this section, the admin will get the listing titles, review content, and ratings. And the edit and delete option helps the admin edit or delete the review content.

Manage currencies

The admin can set a base currency for the platform using the manage currency section. They can also go beyond by removing allowed currencies from the platform.

Manage popular location

By clicking the home page setting > Manage popular location, the admin can view the popular listing; though, they also can add, edit & delete them.

Manage payment gateway

In the 'Manage payment gateway' section, the admin can turn the status of the payment gateway, including Stripe and PayPal, to either active or inactive.

Document verification

In this section, the admin can access the host details like name, email, and document, and they can either change the status of verification to pending, approve, or reject.

Manage cancellation policy

The cancellation policy management displays the policy name and the content with the edit option. The admin can also update the cancellation info.

Content management

Using the content management system, the administrator can build a new page. It allows them to edit the meta title, description, page title, and other settings.
