This feature allows users to save their delivery location such as home & work so that they can easily place an order every time.

Multiple delivery methods

The user can choose multiple delivery methods such as Meet at door, Leave at door, or Pick up outside.

Add-ons

The user can choose any grocery item and add specific add-ons. This enhances the grocery ordering experience of the users.

Track order

The user can track the delivery partner's current location as well as the estimated delivery time for the order.

Wallet option

In-app payment is possible using the wallet option. The users can top up their wallet account and pay for their order.

Multi-language

The users can choose their preferred languages such as English, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Japanese, Russian and Arabic.

Profile management

The user can change their details such as adding a new picture, first & last name, and can change the password.

Ratings and reviews

The user can review and rate the delivery partner based on their delivery experience, and also the store based on their service.

Order notes

The user can give special instructions on the grocery delivery while placing the order.

Promo code

The user can apply the promo codes to avail discounts set by the admin of the platform.

Tips to delivery partner

Once the order has been delivered, users have the option of leaving a tip to the delivery partner.

Multiple orders

The user can place multiple orders from different grocery stores.

Order management

The delivery partners can view the order details of past and current orders in the order management section.

Profile management

The delivery partner can edit their information such as name, email address, phone number, and location.

Navigation

The navigate feature helps the delivery partner reach the store and the user’s address without any hassle.

Online/Offline toggle

This online/offline toggle can help the delivery partners to choose whether they accept requests for deliveries or not.

Multi-language

The delivery partner can choose their preferred language among English, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Japanese, Russian and Arabic.

Payout management

The delivery partners can add multiple bank account details to receive their earnings from the admin.

Document submission

The delivery partner has to submit documents such as driver’s license, insurance, and other legal documents to get verified.

Earning report

The delivery partners can view their weekly and total earnings reports using their app.

Ratings

The delivery partner can rate the users based on the delivery experience.

Cancellation reasons

The delivery partners can choose their cancellation reason from the reasons stated by the admin.

Order management

The store owner can manage their past & current orders. They can accept or reject the order based on the availability of the items.

Preparation time

The grocery store owner can set the preparation time for the order to be dispatched to the user in their web panel.

Manage transactions

The store owner can view the completed and future transactions in their dashboard. They can also view the complete order details.

Modifier groups

The store owner can set the modifier for each grocery item.

Multi-language

The store owner can choose the language of their dashboard from English, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Japanese, Russian & Arabic.

Payout method

The store owner can add their bank details to receive their earnings. We use Stripe to securely transfer the amount.

Store status

Grocery stores can manage their availability status using the toggle button present on the store panel.

Earnings report

The grocery store owner can monitor their earnings daily, weekly, and monthly from their simple-to-use dashboard.

Print receipt

The store owner can print the receipt of the grocery order to have a physical copy for himself.

Document management

The store owner has to submit legal documents such as business licenses and other permits, which will be approved by the admin.

Operating hours

Store owners can set specific operating hours and enable/disable availability per day using this dashboard.

Manage menu

The manage menu option enables the store owner to create their grocery list for their stores.

Manage delivery partners

Access the delivery partner details such as name, email address, phone number, date of joining, and uploaded documents.

Store management

You can access the entire store details and approve/disapprove the store from using the platform.

Manage categories

You can add new grocery categories, delete, and edit the same. As an admin, you can also change the activity status.

Manage service fee

There are two service fee structures to choose from for your business - a flat fee or a distance-based fee.

Order management

You can view the details of each order such as the user and delivery partner’s name, order status, payment type, & order amount.

Earnings management

As an admin, you can view the complete order details, earnings, and the overdraft you make out of each order.

Multi-language

Choose your preferred language out of English, Spanish, French, Russian, Indonesian, Japanese and Arabic.

Manage add-on

As an admin of the platform, you can now enable and disable the add-ons options given by the store owners to the users.

User management

You have access to all of the users' information, including their names, email addresses, phone numbers, & so on.

Manage promo code

This is where you can add and manage promo codes in the user app.

Auto-payout

Earnings are distributed automatically, and the admin can pause payments if necessary.

Manage sub-admins

You can assign a role to sub-admins and delegate privileges to them, ensuring effective and systematic management.

Reviews management

As an admin, you can check the reviews given by the users and the delivery partners to each other.

Change email/password

You can change their email id and password whenever necessary.

Manage notifications

You can send out notifications to both the users and the delivery partners or separately whenever they see fit.

Manage currency

The platform has 32 currencies to choose from. You can enable/ disable currencies but have to set at least one as a base currency.

Cancel reason

You can manage the cancellation reasons by adding, deleting, or editing them.

Manage static content

As an admin, you can change the static content in the platform except for the page name.

Manage vehicle types

You can add, edit or delete & change the activity status of the vehicle types that are functioning in the platform.

Site settings

Change site-related nuances like SEO & social media. Also, set basic units such as currency, distance-based units, & more!

Manage site configuration

It allows you to manage the app functionality like Stripe publishable key, SMTP settings, Twilio SMS setup, push notification key, and other settings.

Manage payment gateway

You can change the status of Stripe, cash, and wallet to active/inactive. Though, disabling Stripe will also render the wallet inactive.
