The users of the app can set their pickup/delivery locations by manual entry, selecting saved locations, or setting the location on the map.

Price range filter

Users can narrow down their search for laundry stores by setting their price range. This helps them find stores that suit their budget preferences.

Add-ons

The users can order the add-ons to their cart when placing the order if the store offers such items as add-ons in their laundry categories

Pick-up & delivery instructions

The users have the option to add pickup and delivery notes for the pickup partners and delivery partners who work on the order.

Delivery option

Users can choose from different delivery options including 'meet at door','pick up and leave at door', and 'pickup and delivery outside.'

Push notifications

The user gets the push notification for every update in the order status, from the time of order confirmation until delivery.

Track order

The user of the app can track the status of their order from the time of the store's confirmation until it gets delivered to their location.

Call option

Users can contact the pick-up and delivery partners via the call option on the tracking page if they have any queries regarding the order.

Pick-up & delivery partner rating

Once the delivery is fulfilled, the user can rate the pickup partner and the delivery partner based on their experience with them.

Store rating

Once the order is delivered, the users can add an emoji rating for the laundry store based on their satisfaction with the laundry order.

Wallet

Users can pay for their laundry orders with their in-app wallet, and they can top it up by entering the amount and their credit/ debit card details.

Call & In-app chat

Delivery partners can access call and in-app chat options to contact the user who placed the order if they have doubts to discuss.

Navigation

The navigation option redirects delivery partners to Google Maps, which they can use to navigate to the user’s location and the laundry store.

Ratings

After the delivery is done, the delivery partner has the option to assign an emoji rating to the user based on their delivery experience.

Edit profile

Delivery partners can edit their profile information, including their profile picture, first and last names, and their account passwords.

Vehicle details

Through the app, delivery partners can view details of the vehicle they use for deliveries, such as the vehicle name, number, and type.

Documents

In the profile section of the app, the delivery partner can view the document they submitted for the admin's approval.

Dashboard

Using the dashboard, the store owner can view the data of orders received and earnings for daily, weekly, monthly, and total counts.

Add payout method

By adding the payout account, the laundry store receives the payout for the completed order, which will be credited to their bank account.

Manage menu

Laundry stores can add laundry service categories and modifier groups to their store menus, edit these menus, and delete them as needed.

Edit profile

The store can edit their profile details, such as store name, description, image, address, owner details, laundry categories offered, etc.

Document upload

Laundry stores can upload documents for the admin to review and approve on the platform. They can add and update these documents.

Language

Laundry stores can access the store panel in their preferred language, such as English, French, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, Indonesian, etc.

Dashboard

The dashboard offers the admin detailed insights into platform performance among users and their earnings in categorized metrics.

Manage site settings

To manage the site settings like the logo, metadata, social media links, and such, the admin can go to the panel's site settings page.

Manage site configuration

Admin manages the configuration settings, like the Stripe settings, Twilio settings, SMTP settings, push notifications, and such.

Manage home page setting

The admin can manage the homepage content of the platform, such as content, banner images, how it works, the app sections, etc.

Store settings

Under store settings, the admin controls the content shown on the store page of the site, including its banner, info section, slider, etc.

Manage users

The admin can access the information as well as control the status of all the users of the platform with the 'Manage Users' feature.

Manage stores

The admin can access and manage all store partner information, including their status on the platform, through the admin panel.

Vehicle type

The admin can add a new vehicle type to the platform for deliveries. And for existing vehicle types, they can edit their details, status, and more.

Admins earnings report

On the admin earnings page, the admin can find the details of their earnings for each completed order, along with the entire order details.

Manage order

Through Manage Orders, the admin can access the details of all orders from their users, store delivery partners, location pricing, and such.

Reviews

The admin can monitor the reviews left by users and delivery partners on each other, helping to keep the platform fair and trustworthy.

Manage promo code

The admin can add a new promo code for the users to avail discounts, and change the status, edit, or delete the specific promo code.

Change password & email

The admin can effortlessly change their login credentials such as email addresses and passwords with the new one at any time.

Manage notification

If the admin has to share a message with the users and delivery partners, they can send them notifications under Manage Notifications.

Manage currency

Many currency options are available on the platform, and the admin can set the status of each currency and select the base currency.

Cancellation reason

The admin can create and manage the cancellation reasons available for stores. They can change the status, edit, or delete the reason.

Manage static content

The admin can manage the static pages, such as Contact Us, privacy policy, FAQ, and other pages. They can edit and preview the changes, too.

Content management

Using content management, the admin can create a new page on the site. Moreover, they can preview the page, edit it, and delete it.

Multi-language

Admin can access the panel in their preferred language, including English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Indonesian, or Russian.
